MT Tabane Mentorship
MT Tabane’s mentorship programme is a comprehensive programme, designed to look at an individual holistically, with an aim of diagnosing and prescribing remedial steps to combat hurdles and challenges that are preventing them from attaining their goals and aspirations.
MT Tabane believes that success is a subjective concept, that there is
“no one size fits all’’ definition of it. This is the reason why during the programme, mentees are taken through an in-depth self-discovery process, so that they can be able to define for themselves, what success is, or looks like for them.
Joining the mentorship.
Fee.To be part of the MT Tabane mentorship programme, all South African potential mentees will be required to pay a registration Fee of R250.00, for members outside of South Africa, a registration of just $17.00 . The programme will run for only 2 months.
Number of applicants allowed.The programme will enroll a maximum number of 20 applicants per every intake. The reason for taking few applicants for the programme is so that, we can maximize the results and quality of the programme. The intensity and nature of the programme cannot yet allow more than 20 applicants. MT Tabane Pty (Ltd) is focused on the success of the mentees than on the volume of the programme's audience.
